Shipping Details

We only ship within the United States and Canada at this time!


  • Orders ship via UPS/USPS, and arrive within 2-3 Business Days. Note that for Canada, this may be slightly longer.
  • We ship all orders placed Monday - Friday before 9:00 PM ET / 6:00 PM PT the following day. If you place an order on Saturday - Sunday, we'll ship it the following Monday.
  • If you do not receive your order within 5 business days, please check your mailbox and tracking number, then contact us and we’ll be in touch as soon as possible.



All orders will typically be dispatched within 1 business day from our offices and all orders will include tracking from dispatch to delivery. All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit. Freshen is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect or invalid addresses. It's always in our best interest to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner and Freshen will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel. Freshen is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.


Refunds and Returns

In the event that the Freshen Pod does not function as expected, Freshen will offer a full refund of the Freshen Pod if it is in returned in the original, un-used condition, including packaging, within 30 days of its delivery.
